During the seventies, mostly all NYC latin labels use to release all-stars records! The tiny Salsa Records label manage to hire the stars of the scene (Charlie Palmieri, Kako, Bobby Rodriguez, Azuquita, Louie Ramirez…) for an album with a couple of descargas and the killer guaguanco ‘Eloisa’!
