Several times a year on Saturdays, a free jazz journalist pays us a visit carrying a mysterious suitcase with plenty of surprises. Every time we cannot wait to check what’s inside. So last Saturday, together with a couple of nice Horace Tapscott LP’s, a Joe Malinga and some Bill Dixon, we were thrilled to find Jeanne Lee’s masterpiece, a beautiful deep free spiritual vocal jazz LP! Always a pleasure!
